Crystal therapy helps your overall well-being giving you a sense of tranquility, rejuvenation and a feeling of wholeness.

By laying and sweeping crystals on and through the body and the energy field will help clear stagnant energies releasing old patterns and thought forms.
Chakra's vibrate at a certain rate, when these are open and flowing you are able to function better in life, helping the immune system and connecting to your higher self (intuition).

Bringing a vibrant energy giving an overall uplift of moods and relieving any aches and pains, along side medical care if required. Crystals are a natural source from Mother Earth with their own unique vibration which works along side our body and energy field, generating a natural process of healing.

I studied with Lisa Cooley at Crystal Dimension School qualified at all levels including advanced.




 
 
Reiki 
Reiki is an ancient therapy working with the universal life force through the hands of the practioner.
William Lee Rand has studied the effects of Reiki through his peer reviewed Touchstone Process which concluded that Reiki significantly
reduced stress, anxiety, depression and helped to control pain levels in human beings.
I studied with Samantha Cullingford to gain my Reiki one and two and three.




 
Reflexology 
Reflexology helps to relax and to calm the nervous system, applying massage to the feet, gently pressing pressure points connected to parts of the body.
Helps to reduce stress and anxiety, reduces pain, helps to lift moods and improve general well being.
I have now added crystal wands to my treatments, giving added healing.

Indian Head Massage
Have an Indian head massage with a difference of added crystal wand massage. Indian head massages aids in relieving tension around the head, neck and shoulders. Helping with headaches and migraines, added crystal wand massage for release of emotional or mental tension.





Reiki Drumming
This can be added on to energy work as reiki symbols including the Master symbol is drummed around your auric field. Bringing about a deep relaxation, inducing an alpha state...producing brainwaves that are associated with wellbeing, releasing tension.





Reiki Drum 
This is a technique used to help reprogram the mental and emotional body. Helping to clear negative thoughts or loops that we find ourselves in. Fantastic way for over coming bad habits or self destructive thoughts we place upon ourselves.
I also offer shamanic drum journeying.





Hara Reiki
Hara reiki works on calming the vagus nervous system it is achieved by placing hands on the body with some movement. Relieving stress, anxiety and trauma that we carry within the physical body.





Emmett Technique
This can be added on to any treatment, it is a light fingered technique which helps to relieve pain and stress to different parts of the body. Effective on releasing muscle tension with simple non invasive movements. Good for any pain or restrictive movement within the physical body.





Crystal Wand Massage
Can be used to relieve any tension, pain within the muscles, used over clothes. Different crystal wand energy can be used depending on where and how the pain has come about. Our bodies have a fantastic ways to let us know when they are hurting. Crystal energy can amplify the healing process due to the different vibrational energies, some may be caused by what is going on emotionally or mentally within the body.





Crystal Womb Healing
A rebalancing of the womb, this area we can hold onto trauma. It is connected to our emotional body so can get congested by conditions, ancestral patterns, past traumas etc. It is also the seat our self worth and feminine power.





Chakra Tarot Reading
This is only included within a crystal healing as it is very much connected to the healing. This is a great tool to use to assist in bringing that which needs to be healed (nurtured)  into the conscious mind.
